Guild Wars 2 Water Elementalist
The Guild Wars 2 Water Elementalist has traded a reduced damage output for a vastly improved range of snare abilities.
WATER attunement specialises in controlling a foe's movement by slowing them down or even freezing them solid, ensuring that any battle is fought on the Elementalist's terms. A passive skill bonus is that nearby allies also receive a steady healing buff from an Elementalist who is attuned to water. How cool is that?!
Guild Wars 2 Water Elementalists have a number of special skill types:
Glyphs - enhance or modify the natural power of the Elementalist to increase the damage, range, and duration of spells.
Signets - Signets provide an ongoing benefit to the Elementalist, but can also be activated for a greater effect.
Conjure Spells - Summon useful items and potent weapons that she or other party members can use.
Area Spells - Create hazards and mayhem all over the field of battle.

Some of the Skills at a Water Elementalist's disposal are :
Armor of Frost : Protect yourself with frosty armor and freeze surrounding foes.
Cone of Cold : Spray an icy blast that damages foes and freezes on a critical hit.
Freezing Ground : Freeze target area, slowing enemies that move over it.
Conjure Frost : Create a bow of frost to shoot foe-freezing arrows.
Freezing Gust: Freezes your target enemy for a short time.
Frozen Burst : Damages enemies around you, freezing them for a short time.
Frozen Ground : Ice the ground in target area briefly, "Chilling" foes that cross it.
Geyser : A fountain of water erupts in an area, healing allies and knocking away enemies.
Healing Rain : Showers allies in targeted area with a healing rain.
Healing Wave : Heal yourself and nearby allies while damaging foes.
Icy Breath : Spreads frost over an area.
Ice Mine / Ice Mine Detonate : Create an icy explosive device that you can detonate.
Ice Shards : Hits your enemy with freezing shards of ice.
Ice Spike : Summons a giant ice spike that crashes down on foes.
Ice Storm : Summons an ice storm over target area slowing enemies.
Maelstrom : Create an ice storm in target area that drops damaging hail and "Chills" foes.
Shatterstone : Explodes a shatterstone at the target area hitting enemies caught in the blast.
Vapor Blade : Form a vaporblade, that strikes all enemies along its line.
Water Trident : Dispatch a water trident to knocks back foes.
Water Blast : Shoots a jet of water at the enemy that also heals allies within the blast radius.
Aquatic Skills :
Ice Globe : Shoot a slow-moving, detonatable icy orb.
Ice Wall / Ice Wall Detonate : Create a wall of ice that you can detonate.
Tidal Wave : Charge forward with tidal force, knocking back foes.
Undercurrent : Drag your foe down into the depths.
Water Missile : Launch a slow-moving homing missile.
With skills like these, the Guild Wars 2 Water Elementalist is definately the "coolest" character in the game!
