Guild Wars 2 Water Elementalist

The Guild Wars 2 Water Elementalist has traded a reduced damage output for a vastly improved range of snare abilities.

WATER attunement specialises in controlling a foe's movement by slowing them down or even freezing them solid, ensuring that any battle is fought on the Elementalist's terms. A major added bonus is that nearby allies also receive a steady healing buff from an Elementalist who is attuned to water. How cool is that?!

Guild Wars 2 Water Elementalists have a number of special spell types:

Glyphs - enhance or modify the natural power of the Elementalist to increase the damage, range, and duration of spells.

Signets - Signets provide an ongoing benefit to the Elementalist, but can also be activated for a greater effect.

Conjure Spells - Summon useful items and potent weapons that she or other party members can use.

Area Spells - Create hazards and mayhem all over the field of battle.
